How to solve the interference of encoder signal
The stability of encoder signal is one of the key factors to ensure the accuracy of position and speed measurement. When the encoder signal is interfered, the measurement accuracy will decrease, the error will increase or the signal will be lost, which will seriously affect the operation and control of the machine. The following are several methods to solve the encoder signal interference:
Shielding encoder signal cables: By wrapping shielding materials around encoder signal cables, interference from external electromagnetic fields can be effectively reduced.
Adding filter: Adding low-pass filter to the encoder signal line can reduce the influence of high-frequency interference on the signal and improve the stability of the signal.
Strengthen grounding: For encoders with differential signals, ensure that the grounding of the signal wire and receiver is shared and that the grounding resistance is sufficiently small.
Reduce interference sources: Reduce interference sources around the encoder as much as possible, for example, reduce the voltage of the electromagnetic radiation source or change the position of the electromagnetic radiation source.
Choose the right encoder: Different types and brands of encoder have different anti-interference ability, should be selected according to the actual situation.
